الشروط والأحكام
بإتمام عملية الشراء فإنك توافق تلقائيًا على جميع الشروط والأحكام المذكورة أدناه، يرجى قراءتها بعناية قبل إتمام أي عملية شراء.
1 - جميع المنتجات والخدمات الرقمية غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد إتمام عملية الشراء.
2 - لا يمكن استرداد المبلغ المالي تحت أي ظرف بعد تنفيذ عملية الدفع بنجاح.
3 - في حال وجود خلل برمجي في المنتج، يجب فتح تذكرة دعم مرفقة بدليل واضح، ويتم معالجة الخلل خلال مدة أقصاها 96 ساعة. وفي حال تعذر الإصلاح خلال هذه المدة، يتم التعويض بمنتج مماثل داخل السيرفر دون أحقية استرداد مالي.
4 - لا يتم النظر في أي طلب تعويض إلا بوجود فيديو واضح غير معدل يثبت المشكلة من بداية الاستخدام وحتى ظهور الخلل.
5 - لا يحق المطالبة بالتعويض في حال تم تعديل المنتج أو خصائصه لمصلحة السيرفر العامة أو لأي سبب إداري.
6 - لا يتم تسليم أي منتج قبل التأكد من إتمام عملية الدفع بشكل كامل عبر المنصة الرسمية.
7 - مدة التسليم من ساعة واحدة إلى 72 ساعة كحد أقصى حسب نوع المنتج.
8 - عند شراء أي مشروع داخل السيرفر تكون مدته شهرية (نظام إيجار)، ويتم سحب الصلاحية بعد انتهاء المدة في حال عدم التجديد.
9 - يمنع بيع أو تحويل أو التنازل عن أي منتج لطرف آخر، وفي حال ثبوت ذلك يتم سحب المنتج نهائيًا دون تعويض.
10 - في حال الحظر المؤقت أو الدائم لأي سبب مخالف للقوانين، لا يحق المطالبة باسترداد مبلغ أو تعويض.
11 - في حال الحظر النهائي، تعود جميع المنتجات إلى إدارة المتجر ويحق للمتجر إعادة بيعها.
12 - مدة بقاء المنتجات داخل الحساب سيزون واحد فقط ما لم يتم الإعلان عن خلاف ذلك.
13 - المتجر غير مسؤول عن أي عملية شراء خارج منصة Tebex الرسمية أو خارج قنوات الدعم المعتمدة عبر ديسكورد.
14 - المتجر غير مسؤول عن مشاركة المستخدم لمعلومات حسابه أو بياناته الحساسة، وعقوبتها الحظر النهائي.
15 - يحق لإدارة المتجر تعديل الأسعار أو المنتجات أو المميزات في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق، ويُعمل بالتحديث فور نشره.
تنبيه: القوانين والشروط والأحكام خاضعة للتغيير في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق ويتم العمل بها فور تعديلها.

بإتمام عملية الشراء فإنك تقر بموافقتك الكاملة على جميع الشروط والأحكام المذكورة أعلاه دون استثناء، وتتحمل مسؤولية قراءتها وفهمها قبل الشراء.
Terms and Conditions
By completing your purchase, you automatically agree to all the terms and conditions stated below. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
1 - All digital products and services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase completion.
2 - No refunds will be issued under any circumstances after successful payment.
3 - In case of a technical issue, a support ticket must be opened with clear proof. The issue will be reviewed within a maximum of 96 hours. If unresolved, compensation will be provided with a similar in-server product without monetary refund eligibility.
4 - Compensation requests require a clear, unedited video showing the issue from initial use until the malfunction appears.
5 - No compensation is allowed if the product or its features are modified for general server benefit or administrative reasons.
6 - No product will be delivered before full payment confirmation through the official platform.
7 - Delivery time ranges from 1 hour to 72 hours depending on the product type.
8 - Any in-server project purchase is considered monthly rental, and access will be revoked if not renewed.
9 - Selling, transferring, or assigning any purchased product to another party is strictly prohibited. Violations result in permanent removal without compensation.
10 - In case of temporary or permanent ban due to rule violations, no refund or compensation may be claimed.
11 - In case of permanent ban, all purchased products return to store management, and the store reserves the right to resell them.
12 - Products remain active for one season only unless otherwise announced by management.
13 - The store is not responsible for purchases made outside the official Tebex platform or authorized Discord support channels.
14 - The store is not responsible for users sharing account or sensitive information, and such action may result in permanent ban.
15 - Store management reserves the right to modify prices, products, or features at any time without prior notice, and updates take effect immediately upon publication.
